The Xavier Journal of Undergraduate Research (XJUR) is a journal published in print and online by students at Xavier University. The mission of the journal is to promote and share high quality research and creative works produced by Xavier University undergraduate students. Students from any major may submit their work. Submissions may be work for a course, or work from faculty-supervised summer or independent research.
Submission Parameters: Research Papers
Research papers should be submitted as Microsoft Word documents. Papers can be any length. Formatting for research papers should reflect the standard format used by scholars working in the discipline. XJUR also accepts digital (multimedia and/or web-based) research projects. Submission Parameters: Creative Pieces
Creative submissions—including art, music, theater and photography—can be submitted as image files, audio files, video files, or links and should be accompanied by an artist’s statement. For more details, visit the FAQs page (click here).
